Viva Pulse in Teams: Allows for pulse surveys to gauge employee sentiment, requiring the installation of the Viva Pulse Teams app.
Viva Goals integration: This feature combines ali.io with Microsoft Planner for better goal tracking and integration within Viva.
Teams Updates: Include a chat button for missed calls and unified emojis, gifts, and stickers in one picker, offering small but useful enhancements for user experience.
